A German-Irish Joint Venture has developed an end-to-end real estate transaction tool that automates online selling of property. They’ve also developed their own valuation models based on AI to assess the condition of properties. They are are currently developing a framework to offer these services in the blockchain (tokenization of real estate and decentralized trading). The Joint Venture is looking for partners with contacts in real estate in their countries as well as partners with experience in Web 3.0 technologies.

The company is not looking for service providers or offshore developers, but for companies willing to cooperate and together develop and operate new technologies.
