Organization

The one-to-one meetings have been organised by the Enterprise Europe Network unit of the Chamber of Commerce for the Grand Est Region (Chambre de Commerce Grand Est).

Timeline

1. REGRISTRATION

Participants create a detailed profile to promote themselves and stand out to other participants. The profile sets out what the participant is looking for and what they have to offer. This is to increase the likelihood of meeting participants who are a good fit.

2. MAKING APPOINTMENTS 

Participants consult the profiles of other participants and request appointments with those they want to meet during the event.

The CCI will help you to identify profiles that meet your requirements.

3. TWO-WAY APPROVAL

To be confirmed, an appointment must be approved by both participants. 

4. SCHEDULE

In the run up to the event, participants receive their meeting schedule. 

5. MEETINGS

Now everyone has their personalised meeting schedule, all that remains is to meet in person (20 minutes per meeting).
