SAUTER's new Digital Services: for profitable, sustainable property management
Digital Services" are cloud-based digital services. They consist of three modules: "Remote Management", "Customer Portal" and "Performance Management", which support building owners, asset managers and operators.
The applications help to maximize facility efficiency, plan maintenance, optimize expenditure, maintain value and, above all, reduce the carbon footprint of buildings.
Digital Services" are a solution for meeting the requirements of the Tertiary Decree. They are designed to be modular and adaptable to all kinds of needs.
Overview of the three Digital Services modules:
1. Remote Management" enables secure remote maintenance of buildings. Maintenance technicians and facility managers connect to the system via VPN. Thanks to this cloud-based service, qualified and competent SAUTER contacts are available even when they are not on site. This provides the building operator with solutions for rectifying faults. They can be implemented quickly, and reaction times are reduced thanks to precise diagnostics.
2. The Customer Portal communicates higher-level information about the building or complex. It provides operating status information, alarms and services such as scheduled maintenance, repairs and reports.
3. Performance Management consolidates operating information and highlights optimization potential identified by analysis. It helps create comfort for occupants, distributing the right amount of energy to the right place at the right time. SAUTER's new digital services are a solution to a number of challenges, not least that of reducing the carbon footprint of buildings.
